The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff. They were always willing to answer questions and assist us throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it was within walking distance to many popular attractions and sites. The rooms had a charming, "old world" feel with beautiful stone and were equipped with modern conveniences. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not very effective. It struggled to cool the room, especially during the warmer months.
